Mother’s Day at Fork in the Road

For Mother’s Day my mom and I (and a few others) went to Fork in the Road in Lansing Michigan for brunch. They are “a neighborhood diner focused on utilizing locally sourced, farm fresh ingredients, prepared simply, with passion and integrity.” …and man is their food good!! The diner takes their name from their location, at a fork in the road in Lansing’s Westside neighborhood. Not only do they utilize ingredients from local farms, they also have their own small garden in front of the restaurant. If you are ever in Lansing, I strongly suggest you check it out! Hear are a few pictures from our delicious Mother’s Day brunch!
